Pokémon Monomyth Cheats

Pokémon Monomyth v1.0 has no official redeem code as of 2 Nov 2026. The public cheat table found in this review (PokeCoders, updated that day, two days after launch) describes effect types. Its effect claims are attributed below; they are not independently corroborated.

Ordeal is a secret, not a cheat code

A Reddit thread describes the Konami code unlocking Ordeal. The screenshot text reads that Ordeal difficulty is now permanently available during any New Game. I am not naming a menu, because the post does not name one. Standard and Heroic are the other difficulties players mention. A full rules page for Ordeal is not on the official site.

Risk

The same comment thread is why I would back up the .sav, enable one effect at a time, and turn it off afterward. Max Money is tied to missing berries and TMs. Trainer battles plus the EXP multiplier are tied to crashes. There is no ban list, because this is a single-player ROM hack, but a broken bag is still a broken save. PokeCoders says they tried the table on mGBA, Manic EMU, and Pizza Boy. That testing is theirs.

Two checksums are in print for v1.0: BPS target CRC32 0x4D998414, and PokeCoders’ 8441C61B. I am not telling you to match only one of them.

Questions

Are there official redeem codes?

No redeem-code system is published by Team Monomyth. The codes people discuss are emulator cheat codes.

Can I use Emerald GameShark codes?

Compatibility cannot be assumed: Monomyth changes the game engine and data. Public comments describe failed effects and corrupted bag entries; a retail Emerald label does not verify a Monomyth code.

What broke in the comments?

PokeCoders readers reported Max Money turning bag items into question marks, 7× EXP crashing trainer battles, and the ₽1 mart code doing nothing.
